WHAT IS SEA MOSS?
Chondrus Crispus, Genus Gracilaria, Eucheuma Cottoni
Sea Moss is the umbrella term for various types of sea weed.
Irish Moss- Chondrus Crispus; grows in cool waters: Ireland but not exclusive to.
Sea Moss- Genus Gracilaria or Eucheuma Cottoni; grows in tropical regions, warmer waters: St. Lucia and Jamaica but not exclusive to.
☆SeaMoss is a sea vegetable 🌱 . Therefore, real Wild Crafted Sea Moss grows in the sea 🌊.

Sea Moss is a natural decongestant and cough suppressant. It has a very positive impact on the immune system. It helps with cold and flu 🤧 , promotes gut health, promotes healing from different sicknesses, allows a significant increase in energy/metabolism and libido. Sea Moss promotes skin hair & nail health/growth, aids in thyroid regulation, is heart healthy ❤, eases pain (arthritis) and inflammation. Not only is Sea Moss an anti-inflammatory, it is also an antiviral, antibacterial and promotes anti aging! Just to name a few!
¿How is Sea Moss gel consumed?
☆☆Sea Moss can be eaten directly from the jar, put in smoothies, water, tea, coffee, juice etc., on or in food. ☆☆ Consume 1 to 2 tablespoons daily.
Flavored Moss 3-4 tablespoons daily.
The time of day does not matter. However, we prefer at least one tablespoon every night before bed. Always stir before use and use a clean 🥄!
Sea Moss gel can be stored in the refrigerator for four weeks, the freezer for 3-4 months. Flavored Sea Moss will store in the refrigerator for no more than 3 weeks.
